Sinopsis
El insano nieto del Doctor Frankenstein intenta crear un horrible monstruo en el marco de Los Ángeles contemporáneo. La criatura resultante tiene la cara como un neumático reventado. No conforme con esto, toma una chica e intenta convertirla en un monstruo adolescente.
